One of the only sensational parts of Chelsea’s 2015 campaign is the flourishing of Brazilian midfielder Willian.
The twenty-seven year old has become a free-kick specialist for Chelsea, and the club is looking to extend his contract because of it.
His composure in converting free-kicks has paralleled Andre Pirlo’s legendary days at Juventus.
Willian currently makes 80,000 pounds/week and is contracted to the English club until 2018, but due to his overwhelming success this season the Blues are willing to offer the midfielder a new contract at 100,000 pounds/week until 2020 (or further).
Chelsea is confident that the striker will re-sign as they have already successfully navigated contract negotiations with fellow countrymen Oscar and Ramires.
